 Agile Coaching: let's talk

Three intensities, one bespoke coaching

Every team has its own needs. We offer three levels of support, adjustable month by month.

Response

Scope: project + team

Lightweight support for already autonomous teams. Quick answers, 1 monthly check-in.

Dialogue

Scope: project + team + ecosystem

Regular follow-up, discussions with management, integration into internal processes.

Coaching

Scope: project + team + ecosystem + organisation

Full support: strategy, external stakeholders, lasting transformation.

Flexible: start intensive then scale down, or the other way around depending on project needs.

Our Agile coaches

Experienced in industrial and R&D environments, our coaches support you on the ground.

Professional background of Pascal Jarry, from video games to Agility applied to industrial and scientific projects, through the creation of SolidCreativity.

Pascal Jarry - Agile Coach | Trainer

A pioneer of French video games, Pascal Jarry first experienced Agility without knowing it from the 1990s: “We were always agile; we became Agilists.”

In 2004, he founded SolidCreativity to meet the growing demand for ASIT training from innovative European companies.

In 2006, non-IT Agility began at SolidCreativity to address a client need, before being formalised through dedicated training courses and specialised coaching.

Pascal is now head of training, coach and Agile trainer at SolidCreativity, where he shapes an Agility that is accessible, strategic and deeply operational.

Professional background of Olivier Constant.

Olivier Constant - Agile Coach | Trainer

An ENSAM graduate, Olivier Constant built his career in demanding technical and industrial environments, where adaptability, rigour and collaboration were essential.

From the 2000s, he implemented agile practices without formalising them, favouring field feedback, short validation loops and co-construction with teams.

His encounter with SolidCreativity marked a turning point: he transformed his intuitive agility into a structured approach, integrating Agile principles into his work, both in training and operational support.

Alongside his entrepreneurial activity in eco-innovation, Olivier is now an Agile coach and trainer at SolidCreativity, recognised for his ability to connect industrial challenges with collaborative dynamics and to pass on a pragmatic and lasting Agility.

Frequently asked questions about Agile coaching

What is Agile coaching for an industrial R&D team?

Agile R&D coaching is a 3 to 6-month engagement where an experienced agile coach helps your team adopt iterative practices adapted to industry. Unlike one-off training, coaching happens on your real projects: setting up rituals, resolving field blockers, progressive adaptation of practices.

What is the difference between an industry Agile coach and an IT Scrum coach?

An industry Agile coach understands hardware-specific constraints: physical prototypes, procurement lead times, certification requirements (ISO 13485, DO-178), cross-functional multi-project teams. They adapt Scrum rituals to these realities instead of applying a standard IT framework that does not work in design offices.

Is Agile coaching delivered remotely or on-site?

Coaching is primarily remote (video calls, shared documents, asynchronous exchanges). On-site sessions can be arranged for sprint reviews, retrospectives or management presentations. The hybrid format is the most common.

Can you change coaching intensity during the engagement?

Yes, intensity is adjusted month by month. Most engagements start intensively (Coaching or Dialogue level) then scale down to Response level as the team gains autonomy. You can also temporarily intensify when facing specific challenges.

What results can be expected from Agile coaching in R&D?

Typical results after 3 to 6 months of coaching: faster decisions, less rework at integration, better team engagement, increased stakeholder visibility. The goal is to make the team autonomous, not to create a dependency on the coach.

Is training required before Agile coaching?

Not mandatory, but recommended. Training (2 days) gives the team a common language. Coaching then supports practical implementation on your real projects. Some engagements combine both: initial training then 3 to 6 months of coaching.
